Overview

A challenging and adventurous journey in the Everest Himalayas is The Gokyo Lake and Everest Base Camp Trek, also known as the Everest Circuit Trek. It covers the route from Gokyo to the Everest Base Camp, passing through the high pass of Cho La (5330m).
 
Along the way, trekkers can enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Everest (8848.86m) and other peaks in the Khumbu region. The trek also offers a chance to explore Buddhist monasteries located at high altitudes. The Everest Base Camp Trek allows exploration of the classic route to the Everest Base Camp, providing natural spectacles, cultural heritage, and insights into the local lifestyle.
 
With the guidance of a trekking guide, trekkers can interact with the locals and learn about the fascinating stories related to Mount Everest and the Everest Base Camp. The Ultimate Everest Trek combines the goodness of both the Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lake treks, offering an even more enriching experience.

Arrival in Kathmandu
Once arrive in Kathmandu, guest pick up at Tribhuvan International Airport by our representative office and drop to Hotel. Overnite in Kathmandu.

Early morning flight to Lukla. When peak season, sometimes need to drive from Kathmandu to Ramechap first then continue flight from Ramechap to Lukla 2880M (20 Min). Then Trek to Phakding 2656M (3-4Hrs). Tenzing-Hillary Airport, commonly referred to as Lukla Airport, holds a special place in the hearts of trekkers and adventurers as the gateway to the Everest region of Nepal. Here's an overview of this iconic airport: Tenzing-Hillary Airport (Lukla Airport) location in the Solukhumbu District of northeastern Nepal, Lukla Airport lies at an elevation of approximately 2,860 meters (9,383 feet) above sea level. Phakding is a quaint village located in the Khumbu region of northeastern Nepal, along the popular Everest Base Camp trekking route. Situated at an altitude of approximately 2,610 meters (8,563 feet) above sea level, Phakding serves as an essential stopover for trekkers on their journey to Everest Base Camp (EBC) and other destinations in the region. Location is nestled in the Dudh Kosi River Valley, surrounded by verdant forests and snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas. Overnite in Phakding.

Trek through pine forests and cross suspension bridges. Reach Namche Bazaar 3440M (6-7Hrs). Namche Bazaar is nestled in the Khumbu Valley, surrounded by towering peaks of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Overnight at teahouse in Namche Bazaar.

Acclimatization and Explore Namche Bazaar and hike to Syangboche 3780M or Everest View Hotel 3880M (4Hrs) then go back to Namche Bazaar. Overnight at teahouse in Namche Bazaar.

Continue Trek from Namchebazaar to Dole 4200M (5-6Hrs) Dole is nestled amidst the rugged terrain of the Khumbu Valley, surrounded by towering peaks of the Himalayas, including Cho Oyu and Thamserku. Overnite in Dole.

Trek from Dole to Machhermo 4470M (6-7Hrs) The trek offers breathtaking views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks, including Everest (Sagarmatha), Lhotse, Nuptse, and Cho Oyu. Trekkers pass through rhododendron forests, Sherpa villages, and alpine meadows, enjoying the natural beauty of the Everest region. The trek culminates in Machhermo, a tranquil settlement nestled amidst the mountains. Machhermo is known for its scenic beauty, serene atmosphere, and proximity to Gokyo Lakes, making it an ideal resting point for trekkers before continuing their journey. Overnite in Machhermo.

Trek from Machhermo to Gokyo 4790M (4-5Hrs) Gokyo is nestled in the Gokyo Valley, within the Sagarmatha National Park, amidst the towering peaks of the Himalayas, including Cho Oyu, Everest, Lhotse, and Makalu. Gokyo is accessible via a trekking trail from Namche Bazaar or from the Everest Base Camp route. Trekkers typically reach Gokyo after a multi-day trek through the Khumbu region, passing through villages such as Machhermo and Dole. Overnite in Gokyo.

Trek from Dragnag to Gokyo Ri 5357M (2Hrs) Gokyo Ri is situated in the Gokyo Valley, within the Sagarmatha National Park, amidst the towering peaks of the Himalayas. It lies to the west of the main Gokyo settlement and offers stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains and glacial lakes. Trekkers typically reach Gokyo Ri as part of the Gokyo Lakes trekking route. The ascent to Gokyo Ri is a challenging but rewarding hike, usually undertaken as a day trip from Gokyo. Back to Thangna 4750M (4-5Hrs) Overnite in Thangna.

Overnite in Lobuche.

Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep 5180M Gorak Shep is nestled in a rugged and barren landscape, surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks, including Everest (Sagarmatha), Lhotse, and Nuptse. It lies just below the Khumbu Glacier and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The trail ascends gradually, passing through rocky terrain and glacial moraines. Then continue trek to Everest Base Camp 5364M (7-8Hrs) Reaching Everest Base Camp is the culmination of the iconic Everest Base Camp trek in Nepal, offering trekkers the opportunity to stand at the foot of the world's highest peak, Mount Everest (Sagarmatha). Overnite in Gorak Shep.

Hike up to Kala Patthar 5643M and Trek to Pheriche 4288M (7-8Hrs) Trekking to Kala Patthar and then descending to Pheriche is a challenging yet rewarding segment of the Everest Base Camp trek in Nepal. Kala Patthar is a renowned viewpoint situated at an altitude of approximately 5,643 meters (18,514 feet), offering stunning panoramic views of Mount Everest (Sagarmatha) and other Himalayan peaks. Pheriche is a small village located at an altitude of around 4,288 meters (14,066 feet), serving as a stopover for trekkers in the Everest region. Overnite in Periche.
